What’s better than one cool Pilsner for our 6th Anniversary? Two cool Pilsners! Super Fresh, a Keller Pils, hasn’t been aged or “lagered.” This style gives you a peek into what a brewer might drink, straight from the tank, at the end of the day. A touch of Strata adds hints of papaya and lemon over the spicy Saaz bitterness. Pilsner malt and wheat create a lovely impression of fresh baked bread with a drizzle of honey. Because this beer hasn’t been lagered, a whisper of matchstick like sulfur tickles the nose, accentuating the hops. Lead Brewer Mike wrote the recipe, and it’s definitely one of our most crushable.
