Temescal West, our essential WCIPA, is filled with intense fruity, tropical, and dank hop aromatics and flavor, a dry body with minimal malt and yeast character, and moderate, lingering bitterness. The hops are the star, and the goal is to strip everything else down to the bare essentials, and present those hops as purely as possible
