Our 5th Anniversary Pilsner combines the crisp, drinkability of a pils with the dank, citrusy hop aromas of a West Coast IPA. Strata and German Amarillo give it a great citrusy, cannabis aroma with hints of tropical fruit and berry. While lots of Tettnang in kettle layeris in a well structured bitterness and a poppy like perfume. A careful step mash of floor-malted bohemian pilsner creates a crisp, malty base for the hops to play on, with a subtle, crackery, honey note. Cold fermentation and a long, patient lagering period buffs out the rough edges and lets the malt and hops shine.
