Alt Classic, a German-style amber ale or Altbier, is sure to please lovers of malty beer and crispy boys alike. Locally crafted Admiral malts take center stage with layers of bread crust, toffee, graham cracker, and grapenuts. Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops infuse the beer with a pleasant herbal aroma and hints of fresh tobacco. A subtle pear-like fruitiness from the cold fermented Kolsch ale yeast rounds it all out.
