Fruity, Juicy West Coast IPA- 6.9%

○△□ plays the game of squeezing the juice out of a West Coast IPA. South African grown Southern Passion pairs with Mosaic, and Mosaic Incognito to bring out the fruity, tropical notes. The aroma is filled with notes of peach, passion fruit, and grapefruit. A floral component, reminiscent of Calendula, from the Southern Passion hops and Jasmine rice adds a unique twist. A touch more body than our other WCIPAs fills out the juicy, stonefruit, and berry notes from the hops, while the Mosaic Incognito helps saturate the mouthfeel with oils. Playing the game is always more fun than watching.
