Enhanced West Coast IPA w/ Phantasm - 6.8%

Phantasm, a new ingredient made from the skins of New Zealand Sauv Blanc grapes, imbues this forward thinking WC IPA with intense tropical juiciness. Ripe aromas of passionfruit and guava are front and center. Mosaic Cryo, HBC 586, Motueka, and Vic Secret supplement the Phantasm with a myriad of fruity flavors ranging from lychee, to apricot, to lime. Many more subtle fruity notes weave together to create a complex expression. A dry finish and mild bitterness keep this IPA soft, approachable, yet highly drinkable. Brewed in collaboration with Headlands Brewing Co, Del Cielo brewing Co, and the BABG Eastbay chapter.
