Hazy Double IPA - 8%

Cryo Luminescence sends it with loads of juicy, tropical flavor and a dangerous drinkability for a Double IPA. Simcoe Cryo and Nelson shine, and are joined by Idaho 7 - a new addition in this recipe.

This DIPA is brewed with a similar philosophy as our WC beers, but with some modification to the grist to help create a smooth mouth feel and that hazy glow. Simcoe Cryo and Nelson dry hops lay down a ripe blend of guava, grapefruit, and passionfruit flavors. A mountain of Idaho 7 in the kettle layers in tangerine and pineapple with a dash of black tea. The mouth coating oils of the hops linger on the pallet, while a dryer finish keeps it drinkable.
