Inspired by Prubechu’s ice cream twist on a traditional Chamorro sweet, this tasty pastry stout melds toasted coconut, vanilla, sea salt, and lactose with a caramel forward malt profile. Aromas of toasty coconut, and fragrant vanilla entice you to take a sip. A hint of espresso balances the luscious and creamy body, while a pinch of salinity amplifies the flavors of caramel and coconut. The rich, boozy finish lingers on the pallet. Biba!
