Temescal Fruity : Peach and Plum

Sour Gose with Peach and Plum - 4.8%

This tart, colorful beer combines a bright, lemony acidity with rich stonefruit and a dash of salt. Lively peach and smooth, silky plum give the beer a satisfying juiciness on the palate and a delicate floral nose. A dash of pink himalayan salt adds a refreshing salinity to the finish to balance the acid. We used a genetically modified yeast from Berkeley Yeast that produces elevated levels of acidity, instead of kettle souring with bacteria, which is often fraught with off flavors.
