An impossibly approachable yet complex take on one of our favorite classic styles, Kolsch Classic is a perfect refresher for a sunny day. We used a new “American Noble” hop variety from the folks who brought us Strata, called Lorien. It brings a lovely melange of melon, lemon, floral notes, and a subtle spice on the finish. The crisp, honey notes of Eraclea Pilsner Malt, and a subtle fruity ester round out this easy drinker.
