Sour Gose w/ Blackberry and Lime - 5.2%

The newest iteration of the lawn series - this tart and colorful beer uses a bright lemony acidity to knit together Blackberry, Lime, Pink Himilayan Salt, and Coriander. Lots of blackberry gives this beer a deep purpley-red color, a juicy and jammy flavor, and plenty of tannins. Key Limes add an extra zing of the acidity, and work with the coriander to perfume the beer with a fresh, floral aroma. A dash of pink himilayan salt adds a subtle, refreshing salinity to the finish, which balances the acidity. We used a genetically modified yeast, from Berkeley Yeast, that produces the acidity, instead of kettle souring with bacteria, which is often fraught with off flavors like THP.
