Sour Gose w/ Guava - 5%

This tart and pink-hued beer combines lemony acidity with guava, and pink himilayan salt. The acidity brightens the juicy, tropical flavor of copious amounts of pink guava. A dash of pink himilayan salt adds a subtle, refreshing salinity to the finish, and balances the acidity. We used a genetically modified yeast, from Berkeley Yeast, that produces the acidity, instead of kettle souring with bacteria, which is often fraught with off flavors like THP.
