Sour Gose w/ Raspberry and Mango - 5%

This tart and colorful beer uses a bright lemony acidity to knit together Raspberry, Mango, Pink Himilayan Salt, and Coriander. The raspberry really bumps the acidity to another level, adding fresh, ripe berry notes and a subtle jam. A little extra mango compliments that with a tropical lusciousness. Freshly toasted coriander weaves a delicate fruit loopiness throughout. A dash of pink himilayan salt adds a subtle, refreshing salinity to the finish, which balances the acidity. We used a genetically modified yeast, from Berkeley Yeast, that produces the acidity, instead of kettle souring with bacteria, which is often fraught with off flavors like THP.
