Leisure, our genre bending beer, pushes the boundaries of modern beer by incorporating herbs and spices normally used to bitter aperitivos. Orange peel, gentian root, hibiscus, and a collection of other herbs and spices imbue the Leisure with its citrusy aroma and herbaceous bitterness. Woody and lightly fruity Crystal hops complement and blend with the assertive herbal, spice character. The bitterness is clean and tightly structured. Tannic berry notes of hibiscus work wonderfully with the honeyed malt character, while giving the beer a vibrant hue.
