Post Coast combines the fruity-aroma forward hopping style and softness of New England IPA, with the drier, citrusy and piney notes of a West Coast IPA. The fruitier side of Simcoe stands out with loads of grapefruit and a touch of stonefruit. Chinook works in a squeeze of pineapple and pine, while just a dash of OG dank from CTZ makes the aroma pop. The body is soft, and balanced with moderate bitterness. A subtle nectarine like ester profile compliments the hops, while still letting them shine.
