Coldest Beer in Town layers the fruit forward hop profile of a modern West Coast IPA in a crisp, drinkable Pilsner. Mosaic plays a prominent role, imparting flavors and aromas of blueberry, peach, and tangerine, while the relative newcomer HBC 586 adds layers of lychee, and diesel. Generous amounts of Tettnang, added during the boil, works with the cold lager fermentation, and refined german malts to develop a crisp, classic pilsner mouthfeel and flavor. A long, dry, and pleasantly bitter finish entices you to take another sip.
