Italian Style Pilsner, Collaboration w/ Laughing Monk - 5%

Brewed with our pals at Laughing Monk, Amico is a smooth and crisp Italian Style Pilsner. Malted spelt joins the italian grown Eraclea pilsner malt to create soft, rounded maltiness with notes of honey and a subtle nuttiness. A melange of hops - Crystal, Hallertau Blanc, and IH033 - layer herbal, fruity, spicy, and woody aromas over the malt, and provide a crisp, refreshing bitterness. Melon, honeysuckle, and a hint of cinnamon tickle the nose, while the lovely woodiness of the Crystal hops lingers on the pallet.
