Proper Gold is a light, fruity British Style Golden Ale. We used the finest British ingredients - Floor Malted Maris Otter, Golden Naked Oats, and Fuggle hops - in conjugation with our house Scottish Ale yeast to make this easy drinking ale. The yeast gives off notes of apricot and apple, while the Fuggle hops provide flavours of Marmalade, and a woody spice. Bready, nutty, and fresh hay notes from the English malts tie it all together.
