A Strata whirlpool, followed by a day zero charge of concentrated Idaho 7 Dyna Boost, lays a foundation of pineapple, melon, stonefruit, and black tea. A second, large dry-hopping with Nelson, Riwaka, and more Idaho 7 makes the ripe tropical aromas pop with notes of guava, peach, and white gummy bear. Hop concentrates boost the aroma without adding excessive grassiness or spiciness.
