Waiting for the Moment is a West Coast Pale Ale brewed with modern sensibilities. Fruit forward hops are the star. it’s lighter bodied, and a moderate bitterness crisps it up, while keeping the beer very approachable. Strata takes the lead with a sticky, rounded tropical aroma. Motueka and Simcoe back that up with lime, grapefruit, and dashes of gummy bear and pine.
