Fruity, Citrusy Session IPA- 4.8%

Wiggle Room has all the flavor of an IPA, in a more highly drinkable package. HBC 586, definitely a new favorite, leads the way with a prominent lychee note. Citra and Mosaic support it with flavors of orange, mango, and a subtle pine. Balancing the elevated hopping rates of an IPA in a lower abv, lighter beer is the tricky part of making a Session IPA. Plenty of wheat works in conjunction with the water and mash profiles to build out the body, while lending mild, sourdough like acidity.
