World Peace Pastry Stout

Pastry Stout w/ Peanuts, Lactose, and Vanilla - 10.5%

This boozy pastry stout was inspired by the World Peace Peanut milk at Statebird, a creamy dessert featuring roasted peanuts, cream, and muscovado syrup. We brewed a very nutty stout with a moderate roastiness, and lots of residual sweetness reminiscent of muscovado sugar. We added lactose for a creamier mouthfeel, tons of peanut flour, and a dash of vanilla to tickle your nose. It’s smooth, creamy, nutty, viscous, and a perfect dessert for after a nice meal.
